Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with any items you purchased on our website, we offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. Unopened items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Opened or used items incur up to a 25% restocking fee. Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items can be shipped or returned to one of our 8 Colorado locations. If you wish to ship your return, we will email you a shipping label and deduct the shipping cost in addition to the restocking fee from your refund.
All refunds take up to 5-7 business days depending on the bank.

Shipping
We currently ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the products ordered. If your order is over the maximum weight for UPS, the order will be shipped via LTL freight.
